We were invited to develop concept winning designs for a new marine transport station in Dubai. The building was situated on a floating pontoon. We were asked to explore other development options for the project and provide rationalization of the existing design.
The project explored some technical challenges of building on a floating pontoon, including using lightweight construction techniques yet creating a dynamic architectural form.
